The town's paperwork
Last updated October 9, 2026
Alibi Town is made and sold by Media Yard LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. These are all of its legal pages. Each one is written to be read, and each says what the game actually does. If two of them ever disagree, the Terms decide, and for anything about personal data the Privacy page does.
Using the game
- Terms: the agreement between you and us: what is free, what is for sale, what we promise and what we don't.
- Refunds: a full refund within 14 days, how to ask, and what happens to your key.
- Acceptable use: what may and may not go on a town page, in a case you write, or in a gift note, and how to report something.
Your data
- Privacy: what stays in your browser, what leaves it and when, and how to have it removed.
- Cookies and storage: we set no cookies; this lists exactly what the game keeps in your browser.
- Sub-processors: the other companies that handle data so the game can run, and what each one sees.
- UK and EU: your rights under UK and EU data protection and consumer law, and how to use them.
- Data processing addendum: for a school, club or company that runs Alibi Town for its own people.
AI
- AI in Alibi Town: where AI is used, what is sent to it, what it is never used for, and what was made with it.
